[wisb] Open BBS Route

Just when I thought all the routes were filled....
I found out that the Trempeleau Breeding Bird survey route is open as the
observer is going to be away for the summer. Is anyone willing and able to
step up and fill it this year?
For those who haven't run a BBS route before, you must be able to identify
Wisconsin birds by song and run the route one time during June or early July.
