[wisb] Northern Parula - Beloit

This morning, my class and I found a singing male Northern Parula in Big Hill
City Park north of Beloit. After straining my back and neck, I did manage to
get a good look at it. Strange, at least for Rock County, to have a parula and
a junco on the same trip.
