[wisb] Northern Flicker near Lower Mud Lake

Hello All.
I was fortunate in being able to visit Lower Mud Lake a bit later than Andy
Paulios.
The birds Andy Paulios reported were looking good in the sun for a change.
Missed on the Green-winged Teal though.
Seems that there is always something new to see around Lower Mud Lake.
Today a Northern Flicker showed up along one of the roads, near the south end of
the lake. It is a first of the year bird for me.
