Birded Lake Kegonsa State Park again early this a.m. and the warbler activity was even better than yesterday. The best spot I found is right by the entrance and the road to the campground. The sun this morn and the cool temps had the birds pretty active. Had the same species as yesterday and added Black Poll and Black-throated Green and Red eye and Philly vireos. Lots of cedar waxwings again. Watched a monarch fly up and a Great Crested Flycatcher go out and grab it but when it got back to the branch it let it go. Yuk! Good birding out there.
