[wisb] Monona Bay loons, Madison

There were around 20 Common Loons in Monona Bay this afternoon. I mention
this, because it's one of the best spots for viewing loons. There is a quiet
road that goes along the south and west edge. Only one block from busy Park
Street. Many times even binoculars aren't needed.
Had my FOY Bonaparte's gulls (6) on Lake Waubesa.
