Hello,
I haven't had much of a chance to bird recently, but today I had 3 Redheaded
Woodpeckers - 2 immature and 1 adult. I have had 2 adults around earlier
this summer, so it looks like there is a family of 4 close by! This is the
first time I have had breeding red headed WPs in 3 years.
I had about 15 nighthawks flying overhead this evening as well, along with a
few bats.
A single Redstart was in the yard, first one I have seen in about a month.
