Good afternoon,
I just walked the creek to the waterfall and found 16 warbler species, all
feeding on the ground or the bank of the creek, providing fantastic views.
The male Prothonotary is really stands out in this dull weather. It's very
flooded, muddy and slippery, proceed through there with caution. I'm going
to get a rain coat and check the bridge on the otherside of the pond. Here
are the warblers seen:
3 Northern Waterthrush
1 Black-and-white Warbler
1 Prothonotary Warbler
1 Tennessee Warbler
1 Orange-crowned Warbler
1 Nashville Warbler
2 Common Yellowthroat
9 American Redstart
1 Northern Parula
8 Magnolia Warbler
1 Blackburnian Warbler
6 Yellow Warbler
5 Chestnut-sided Warbler
3 Palm Warbler (Western)
2 Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle)
1 Black-throated Green Warbler
