[wisb] MG&E Peregrine chicks have fledged! (Madison)

Two of them, anyway. They were visible when I got to work at 6am, both
well outside the nest box, and Blair and the third brother were visible
inside.
It's possible brother #3 flew this afternoon; I didn't see him in the
nest box when Papa Verne brought Blair an afternoon snack. But I could
only find 2 fledglings outside the nest at 3:30 today.
