I am not a good gull birder.
But I saw two gulls from the Lake Farm bike trail bridge around noon.
They were larger than Herring Gulls.
One had a pinkish, almost gray, bill with a dark ring near the tip.
The other had a yellow bill with a dark ring at the tip.
The pink legs seemed larger/thicker than Herring.
That is my brief description for now.
So my feeling is that one seemed like a 2nd winter and the other could be a 3rd
winter Great Black-backed Gull.
As I said, however, I am not good at gull IDing.
