[wisb] Looking for Bald Eagles anyone have any leads ? Help please

Greetings,
Like Tom, I am looking to go out on Saturday and spend the day watching Bald
Eagles. I know I can travel out of state to view some, but was hoping to find
some in our fine State. I do not own a good spotting scope, so the closer the
better.
