[wisb] Long-tailed Duck - Bakken's Pond - Sauk Co.

This morning a LONG-TAILED DUCK was present at Bakken's Pond. I saw
it on the large pond from the lot on the east end, but would probably
also be visible from the west. This is only the second Long-tailed
that I've found in Sauk County, and the other was about 10 years ago.
