Observed a flock of about 25 Lapland Longspurs (FOY) in a farm field at the SW corner of Willow Road and Phillips Road in Bellevue. There is manure spread on the field attracting them - I have observed flocks flying near there for the past week but didn't get the bino's on them until today. There were a few Horned Larks mixed in with them. Other birds of note in the area were Northern Pintale, Red Head Ducks, Northern Shoveler, and a Harrier.
