On the river below the dam were 100-120 shorebirds, 7 species, no phalaropes, dowitcher or stilts. Then stopped at the Neider Park boat landing and had a nice mix. 5 warbler species, black and white, yellow-rumped, common yellowthroat, Tennessee and Nashville. Also 2 blue-gray gnatcatchers and best bird today, philadelphia vireo. Had a nice, close definitive look at the ph. vireo. At waters edge was a lesser yellowlegs and had a flyby im. bald eagle that came down and caught a fish. Also eastern wood peewee, cormorants, pelicans, great blue herons and ring-billed gulls.
