Great Blue Heron flew over as I was walking near the creek - immense wing span
- solitary as always.  Do they ever fly together or in flocks?   Afternoon wet
air made bird song all the more fluid.  Chewink of the Towhee, then the Brown
Thrasher bringing his lush repertoire into the yard - a wilder composition
following the radio broadcast of Handel's Messiah.
