[wisb] Field Ornithology Course

The UW system is offering a two credit course in Field Ornithology from July
10-17, 2011.

In past years, they have struggled to fill the minimum enrollment for this
course. I have enrolled and would like to see the class be offered in 2011.
So, I thought I would pass this along to wisbirdnet in case any folks are
interested in enrolling.
