[wisb] FOYs in Oshkosh

Have to be brief, family's waiting for me but, today's sights were no fooling.
Sapsucker, flicker, swans,(tundras), had a TREE SWALLOW yesterday thanks to
the mild weather, also from yesterday included song sparrows and 2 cormorants.
