It should also be noted that Eared Grebe is a species requiring Short Form 
documentation.  Short Forms are not reviewed by the Records Committee but 
rather by the Bird Reports Coordinator (Joe Schaufenbuel) and Seasonal Editors 
(Andrea for Spring season).
