[wisb] Dunlin at Killsnake SWA Manitowoc Co.

Found a lone Dunlin today on the shoulder of the road where it passes
through the grasslands flooded by the Killsnake River. According to ebird
it's one of the first seen this year away from the Atlantic coast.
