[wisb] Dodge County - Waterloo WLA

I checked out the Waterloo State WLA this morning in extreme S/W Dodge Co -
things kind of slow but did come a few things - a few of those few things
include:

Am Widgeon
N Shoveler
Teal - both
Pilieated W/P ( a pleasant surprise )
Red-breasted Nuthactch
Ruby-crown Kinglet
Brown Thrasher
Chipping Sparrow
Fox Sparrow
Juncos
Rusty Blackbird
John Romano
Madison Wis
