[wisb] Cattle Egret-Manitowoc County

At noon today (5th), I found a Cattle Egret in breeding plumage (orangish
feathers on back and breast) in a small pond/wetland area just southeast of
Kiel, along Highway 57. The bird was located on the north side of the road,
between address #'s 22610 and 22936, just outside the city limits.
