Based on yesterdayâs report from Tom Wood we went to the Wind Lake Sod Farm.
Along the west side of CTH S we saw 3 Bairds sandpiper. We next drove east
along Burmeister Road and just after the road makes a 90 degree turn to the
south we saw one buff breasted sandpiper  on the east side and, thanks to
Rick Fare who told us he had seen one earlier at this location. We also found
an American Golden Plover on the west side of Burmeister Road which Rick had
also alerted us to. We also several Baird sandpipers on the east side of
Burmeister near where we saw the buff breasted sandpiper. Â Â Greg Seegert and
