[wisb] Brown County Dickcissels

The dickcissels are back on shirley Rd. SE of DePere. I found Three singing
males today. They were located on the north side of shirley rd. just east of
PP. One was calling from the little evergreen stand then it flew to the power
wires by the road. and theothers were at the last standing hay field before you
get to Blake Rd on the north side of shirley rd.
