[wisb] Bradford Beach/Milwaukee North Point

A single Long-Tailed Duck along with a dozen snow buntings. Large raft of
scoters, all 3, about 70 total. A single grebe/loon further out. I think it's a
horned grebe, but couldn't ID with binoculars - may be worth a quick look if
you're there. It was straight out from the "thinnest" grassy spot just north
of the beach.
