[wisb] Bradford Beach mudflat (Milwaukee)

This morning, I checked Bradford Beach, and a work crew was working on
removing the mudflat from the extreme south end of the beach adjacent to
the rocks that frame the North Point snack bar. It stunk pretty badly. I'm
not sure that they will be able to remove it all, but just an fyi.
I did not see any shorebirds nearby.
