[wisb] Bong Rec Area 2/6/13

Late this afternoon I spotted at least 14 Short-eared Owls at Bong. They
were flying around in several places including 2 along 142 E as I was
departing around 5:30. Very cool to watch them dive on the Rough-legged
Hawks. Also had 1 Harrier fly by.
