Cool find. In case anyone is interested, Shoveler's Sink is part of the Ice Age Reseve Unit/Cross Plains State park plan that is currently under development. That property is owned by the USFWS but will be part of a larger plan to develop that area for interpretation/recreation. The other main highlight in this area is a large gorge that was left by the action of the glaciers. Info is at http://bit.ly/RTsis0 This is where I had my lifer dickcissels several years ago. They were everywhere there that year as you walk north from that southern parking lot. -Mike Duchek, Waukesha, Waukesha Co. #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
