[wisb] Black-bellied Plover - Columbia Co

I was up to Goose Pond today near Arlington and hit a few birding spots. Only
one worth reporting was a lone Black-bellied Plover at the flooded field near
Hwy I & DM. It was there with about 6 Pectoral SPs on the north side, east end.
Beautiful spring plumage.
