[wisb] Black Bellied Plovers - Bradford Beach

Discovered by Dennis Derby this morning and identification verified by Jym
Mooney on Face Book, there are 3 Black Bellied Plovers in the middle
section of Bradford Beach as of 2pm today. Fairly tolerant of people. A
lifer for me!
