I started at Baxters Hollow this morning. When I arrived, a BLACK AND WHITE
WARBLER was near the parking lot along with a REDSTART. As I walked farther
down the road I encountered a LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH just past the first
bridge. I also saw SWAINSONS THRUSH, BLUE WINGED WARBLER, BLACK THROATED
GREEN WARBLER, and heard a few LEAST FLYCATCHERS. Also a YELLOW THROATED
VIREO was singing from the end the road at the trail head. From there I
went to Devils Lake where I saw BOBOLINK at the top of Burma Rd. South
Shore Rd. by the lake was great as I added WARBLING VIREO, BLACKPOLL,
NASHVILLE AND TENNESSEE WARBLERS, NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH, ORCHARD ORIOLE,
GREY CHEEKED THRUSH and BALTIMORE ORIOLE. I then went to Badger Army
Ammunition plant and got CLAY-COLORED SPARROW. My last stop was Honey Creek
where I had another YELLOW-THROATED VIREO but not much else.
