Wisb! What a great find! I was just thinking to myself that it was a hair disappointing that we hadn't had any/many mind-blowing rarities in Wisconsin this year (Ruff? Expected! But I'm sure I'm missing others...). As for the circumstances, I think some "pelagic" trips may be in order...
