[wisb] BN Stilt chick

Tom Wood reported at least one young Black-necked Stilt with the adults on
Dike Road in Horicon Marsh this AM. He also observed a pair of Trumpeter
Swans along Hwy. 49 with 5 cygnets. Not sure if they have successfully
nested at Horicon before.
