Subject: [wisb] BB Whistling Duck & Avocet - 12 pm

The Black-Belled Whistling Duck and Avocet were both still present at
Shoveler's Sink around 12:15 p.m. today. The duck wasn't visible late
morning when I arrived, but was able to locate it at the far north end by
walking in from the other side. It flew as we were driving around to the
parking lot on Mineral Point and then flew again so that it was close to
Mineral Point. It was with a large flock of Mallards.
