[wisb] BARROW'S GOLDENEYE Bayfield COunty/Ashland

The Barrow's Goldeneye found yesterday by Ryan Brady was still present at 6:30
this morning. It was at Short Bridge, the first bridge west of Ashland on
Highway 2, out about 50 yards to the north, with several Common Goldeneyes.
