[wisb] A note about Horicon Marsh

I forgot to mention in my previous message that much of Horicon Marsh is now
thawed, at least south of Hwy 49. I would think by next weekend, it should be
getting pretty lively with birds. There were a lot of geese feeding in the
fields up on the escarpment to the east late yesterday.
