[wisb] A Few Sightings from Sauk and Iowa Counties

This morning there were two SANDERLING running around on a sandbar in
the Wisconsing River at the Arena Boat Landing.  Also present at the
Arena Boat Landing were the first two PURPLE FINCHES of the season.

Around noon today a RED-HEADED WOODPECKER and RED-SHOULDERED HAWK were
seen in Spring Green, and just west of Spring Green an AMERICAN GOLDEN
PLOVER was seen at a small pond along HWY 14 to the west of Pearl
Road.  Other shorebirds at this pond included KILLDEER, GREATER
YELLOWLEGS, LESSER YELLOWLEGS, PECTORAL SANDPIPERS, LEAST SANDPIPERS,
SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPERS, and a BAIRD'S SANDPIPER.
