Birding friends: Enjoyed a beautiful Sunday at Horicon Marsh Sunday
04/29.
Highlights: Horned-grebe (first ever seen) north side of Ledge Road.
Would have never seen, except for a trip from another birder.
Pied-Billed Grebe, also north side of Ledge Road,
Lesser Yellowlegs in flight, and Greater Yellowlegs standing. North side
of Highway 49.
Am judging the standing Yellowlegs to be Greater due to markings and the
length of beak.
