Hi Pat, thanks for this report. I have updated my notes.
Oct 4
697/32(seats full, lots standing)
Lots standing on 697? What will they do when the route goes LF and strollers
and wheelies are allowed to gobble up the seats?
If other routes are any indication, they'll do nothing at all, and let the runs
go with mega-standees. To hell with the paying passengers, let those strollers
(which don't generate fares) displace them. It's time dollars dictated behavour
at Transit, not the stuff you usually find in diapers.
Some other cities have the ramp at the rear door, and provide only one space
immediately beside the exit door. This way, they only lose one seating position
and the space can be occupied by a standee without blocking the exit door.
937or/10(haven't seen a small bus on here in years),
Really? 937 hadn't been reported in a while either. Glad it's still orange. One
of only 72 remaining orange buses. 37 of those are LFs.
Oct 5
396/15(15-12, didn't see it, got stuck on a late sardine in front of it, damn)
That is not good. Sorry to hear that. Did you get a seat at least?
almost no HFs out this day
Only 87 highfloors left. :(
Oct6
319/15(15-12, rode, only ten people on, took a short video, very nice seats)
Really? I wonder if they took some seats from an 800? I've never ridden a
classic with nice soft seats.
Guy gets on with crutches, no one flinches or moves, go figure eh.
Typical. Yet they evacuate the bus for a stroller. Being a mother doesn't grant
you disability privileges!

I saw and heard this one this morning also. Good sound. It lives on.
