can anyone recommend one of the freeware cleaning programs for
98 . afew of us use this pc so l,d like to thoroughly clean it
after nett or pc work.

ps , tried the lot with that ' illegal program thing ' . nothing
did it so took it to the doc's . he said it had some dialing up
thing that had snuck in from somewhere and pissing everything off.
it even gave him hell and he reckons he had to set up some kind
of detour dialing thing because he couldn,t get it out.
reckons it was either that of completely redo the whole computer.
lost me.
anyway ok now. thanks for help.
