Hi Group,

Have a network configuration I was looking for some suggestions with. The
scenario is we have a pretty small network (about 25 pc's) that runs fairly
well until programmers begin working in the morning. They are a pretty
isolated group, we only need to share the database server and they need
internet access through our t1. My thought was to install an additional nic
in the database server, put them all on a separate switch or hub, and use
the database server to connect to the main patch panel to allow them access
out to the internet and allow the rest of the company access into the
database server. I have never tried this, so I am wondering, first will this
work, and 2nd, are their issues here that I am not considering. Thanks in
advance for any input.

Best Regards,
Chris
