Found this tidbit on google...

"C:\Documents and Settings\<log on name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\CD Burning" By using the Tweakui for XP Powertoy you can
relocate the CD Burning directory to a more readily accessible location

Subject: [windows2000] XP CD Writing

When writing files to a CD in Windows XP, it holds the files somewhere
temporarily.

Does anyone know how to change that location? I am low on drive space
and I want to dump some things to CD but the c drive is not able to
accommodate it.
