No, however I suggest you look at services.  Many things are turned off in
2003 by default.  IPSEC service comes to mind.

Since this list is also dedicated to windows server 2003 problems, I would
like to know if anybody has tried to install apache tomcat on the windows
server 2003 platform. If so, how did you get it to work! I keep on getting
server errors which seems to be unrelated to directory permissions. The jsp
server is set on port 8080 and I have installed the lastest build.
