So Microsoft states the following...

Deliver enhanced compatibility, reliability, and
performance through the Windows Vista Service Pack 1
(SP1) Release Candidate. Developed with the help of
your feedback, Windows Vista SP1 includes updated
hardware support. Increased security. And improved
manageability. All making it easier for you and your
customers to deploy and maintain Windows Vista.
And yet a lot of programs are still not compatible
with Vista. So how would that build a customer
loyalty. by upgrading to something and breaking their
working systems?
