[windows2000] Windows Upgrade

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me a tip on a migration at a site. We
have Windows NT Workstations joined a domain which will not exist. I was
thinking about upgrading them to Windows XP, copying the profile of the old
user, joining the new domain and copying the profile to the new user.
The problem is that I only have Windows XP Professional in English and all
computers have Windows NT Workstation in Spanish. Is there any way to
upgrade them or am I going to have to start from scratch? Help!!!! ; P
