I am thinking you are talking about client access licenses? If you set your
server(s) up as per server licenses, you need a separate license for one
client to access each server. That would mean 200 licenses for 100 clients
to each access 2 servers. If you set your server(s) up as per client
licenses you would only need one license for each client no mater how many
servers that client accesses. In most cases I think you are better off
setting it up the second way.

Unless you are talking about Microsoft Access (the database program) in
which case you need one license for each computer you load Access on.
