[windows2000] Windows 2000 or 2003 and RDP4

Hi.
I want to perform some experiments using RDP4 only but I don't have a
NT-TS avaliable.
As I'm testing a client I can't force the client to do that, it has to
be done on the server so, is there any way to force windows 2000 or 2003
to use RDP4?
