Navigate to winnt\system32 and find the file gpedit.msc  Right click on the
file and choose properties. Choose the security tab. Remove all the users
except the administrator.  Or just block them from running the file mmc.exe
in the same manner. JK

Is there a way to allow only the administrator account of a 2000 Pro
workstation to run gpedit (group policy editor) and prevent all other
accounts from running it?
