[windows2000] W2K NTFS 3.0 vs XP NTFS 3.1

Sometime this week I'll be going back to W2K Pro full time because I really
need a more stable OS right now, and XP is really giving me headaches these
days! :-(  Anyway, the question is, the different versions of NTFS. While I
have no problems overall reading any partitions created by XP (3.1), I have
in the past noticed odd things and was wondering, is it possible to convert
all the XP partitions back to 3.0 under W2KP?
