[windows2000] Vista profile issues

Hi Guys,
We are trying to setup mandatory user profile for our students on Vista. we
currently have one working ok on XP, but not sure what we are doing wrong. we
keep getting this error message.
The Group Policy Client service failed the logon. Access is denied.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
