[windows2000] Video COnferencing

Does anybody have any experience/suggestions - we are looking at the
possibility of using video conferencing to communicate with some
remote offices via broadband internet connections. I was wondering if
anybody has done this before and if you can recommend hardware / software
to make it work. We would like to connect 2 of our farthest distance
offices to our main office - monthly update/training meetings to save time
and money for traveling.
