[windows2000] Transfer User Settings

Sorry to bother you guru's but I have googled this (probably easy for you
all) question and can not come up with a straight forward answer.

I have a home domain setup and want to transfer all the specific user
settings (ie desktop, favorites etc) to the domain so that when the user
logs on they will get the same screen no matter which workstation they log
in from. (I believe this is a roaming profile??)

I have 4 users to do this for, plus an administrator account. 
Is this possible without going too crazy or should I just tell everyone to
scrap it and start fresh??
